Testator directs his executor to pay stipulated sums of money to the creditors of Edward Grant. He also directs that the purchase money for the houses and land sold at Towcester should be repaid to the various purchasers "if there title is not made to them for what they purchased". Among many bequests he leaves £300 to John Grant, £800 to Elizabeth Grant, £100 and an annuity of £100 to his sister Phebe Grant and an annuity of £50 to his sister Mary Bloxham. He leaves all his real estate to Thomas Grant of Towcester, whom he also names as his executor.
