Copy release to uses of a farm called Hall Farm and 8 acres of enclosed pasture land, 5 acres of meadow in a field called Little Carr, 18 acres in a field called the Farr Carr 42 acres of arable land in the West Field, 40 acres of arable land in the East Field 32 acres of arable land in the Middle Field, several lands and pieces of meadow and pasture "with the said farm used and enjoyed" and 16 cowgates, 18 young cattlegates and 20 oxgates; a messuage or tenement and 33 acres of land, 3 acres of meadow in Little Carr, 6 acres of meadow ground in Farr Carr, 2 acres of grass ground, 6 oxgates, 6 cowgates and 6 fallowgates with the said messuage...enjoyed; 3 acres of meadow in Farr Carr, 3 acres of arable land, 1 acres of pasture land, 3 cowgates and 2 fallowgates; a messuage or tenement, 1½ acres of arable land, 1½ acres of meadow ground in Little Carr, 1 rood of pasture, 2 cowgates and 2 fallowgates, "with the said messuage..enjoyed", all in the parish of Clee, co. Lincoln; 6 cottages, 80 acres of arable land in 3 fields, 20 acres of meadow in the three Carrs, 3 acres of pasture, several "land's end" and little pieces of meadow; 2 cottages, 2 acres of meadow ground and a windmill; a cottage in the tenure of Hugh Preston; and all those lands "late Hodgsons all in Clee Thorpes, co. Lincoln; a messuage or tenement and two closes of pasture called the Stripes, two other closes called the Broad Closes, a close called Rowland Close, 15 acres of meadow in a plot of ground called Grimboldsby Sykes and 80 acres of arable land in "the East and West Field" in the parish of Grimboldsby, co. Lincoln; 5s. quit rent issuing out of a tenement called Woollertons Lands in Grimboldsby; a messuage or tenement and 18 acres of pasture, 3 acres of meadow and 3 acres of arable land in Bratoft End, co. Lincoln; a close of pasture containing 15 acres in Brough in the Marsh, co. Lincoln; another close of pasture in Brough; a moiety of three closes of pasture in Brough in the Marsh and Croft, co. Lincoln; a close of pasture containing 2 acres in Brough in the Marsh and all no. 1's other lands in Clee, Cleehole, Thurstoe, Grimsboldsby, Brtoft otherwise Bratoft End, Brough in the Marsh and Croft, co. Lincoln ; and also 15 "ffour and twentieth parts" and a fourth part and a moiety of another fourth part of a park or parks called Grafton Park and Potterspury Park, co. Northampton.
