Copy release in trust (dated 24 February 1877) of the lordships of Walton and Walton d'Evile, Walton Manduit Wellesbourne Hastings otherwise Wellesbourne le Strange and Wellesbourne Mountfort, a capital mansion house called Walton otherwise Walton d'Eville and messuages, tenements, farms and lands called Walton Wood farm, Talbot Inn, Walton Farm, Walton and Warmington Farms, Mount Pleasant Farm, Walton Hill Farm, Fizhill Farm, Staple Hill Farm, Bayford Mills, together with unnamed cottages, tenements and lands in the parishes hamlets villages or townships of Walton, Walton d'Evile, Walton Manduit, Wellesbourne Hastings otherwise Wellesbourne le Strange and Wellesbourne Mountford and Charlecott; the manor or lordship of Thornton in the parish of Eatington; and a farm called Oakhorn Farm and lands called Copary Hill, Long Ground, Oak Hill, Lane Ground, Stone pitfield, site of cottage above Meadow Coppice Ground, The Coppice, The Meadow, The Orchard or Caleves Close, Barn Close, The Great Hill plantation, Higher Skinners, The Brake, Little Skinners, The Lower Skinners in the parish of Loxley, all in co. Warwick, being a further charge upon the above named lands of an annual rent charge of £750 payable to no. 3 in consideration of no. 3's agreement to release lands in cos. Bucks. and Northampton from the moiety of an annual rent charge of £750 payable to no. 3 in consideration of no. 3's agreement to release lands in cos. Bucks. and Northampton from the moiety of an annual rent charge of £1500 (granted to no. 3 under the terms of her marriage settlement, recited and dated 25-26 July 1834). The deed also contains a clause enabling no. 2 to sell or mortgage some of the lands in order to provide no. 1's daughter Violet Caroline with a portion of £10,000 on attaining the age of 21, or upon her marriage.
