Hutton Perkins, Gent., St. Andrew Thornhagh, Esq. and Leticia his wife Mathew Boucherett, Esq., and Isabella his wife, deforciants, when the deforciants acknowledged the fourth part and a third part of one fourth part and the moiety of one third part of one fourth part of the parks of Grafton and Potterspury alias Pottersperry and 8 messuages, 8 gardens, 600 acres of land, 30 acres of meadow, 200 acres of pasture, 30 acres of woodland, 40 acres of heath and bruery and also common of pasture in Grafton, Potterspury alias Pottersperry, Pawlersperry, Aldington and Yardley Gobion to be the right of the plaintiff.
