Includes draft copy of letter from Senat to (Richard) Seddon (TGA 7050/431), one letter from Oliver Simon of the Curwen Press (TGA 7050/433) and one from Margaret (Senat) (TGA 7050/436). The letters concern the establishment and early issues of the art magazine 'Counterpoint' and Counterpoint Modern Art Publications. Topics include suggestions and comments on early articles including one comparing Paul Nash with Bryan Wynter, and one by Richard Seddon comparing Northern with Mediteranean art; the reproduction of Paul Nash works; printing and paper difficulties; a book on Paul Nash; and plans for future issues. Reference is also made to Paul Nash's illness, Senat's musical compositions, Constable's sketches at the Victoria and Albert Museum (1945), the Curwen Press, Penguin and the Chiswick Press and their deals or rejections concerning paper, publishing and print blocks.
