The letters concern the establishment and early issues of the art magazine 'Counterpoint' and Counterpoint Modern Art Publications. Topics include suggestions and comments on early articles including one comparing Paul Nash with Bryan Wynter, and one by Richard Seddon comparing Northern with Mediteranean art; the reproduction of Paul Nash works; printing and paper difficulties; a book on Paul Nash; and plans for future issues.
