Letters TGA 7050/748-753 are from Lawrence Haward, Curator, and TGA 7050/754-755 are from S.D. Cleveland, Deputy Curator. The letters largely concern copyright of Nash pictures held in the 'Rutherston Collection' (a collection owned and administered by the Manchester City Art Galleries, loaned to art schools and galleries in Lancashire and Yorkshire under the scheme founded by Charles Rutherston). TGA 7050/748 requests Nash to make an address at the Manchester City Art Gallery lantern lectures, Nash declined due to ill health, TGA 7050/749. TGA 7050/753-755 discuss Nash's request to obtain the picture 'Landscape at Wood Lane' to include in a book on his work. Also includes two printed leaflets outlining the Rutherston Collection and the Rutherston Loan Scheme (TGA 7050/746-747), the leaflets mention both Paul and John Nash. TGA 7050/747 is undated but probably post 1946.
