Scope and Content

Her letter brought back many memories; agrees that Suffrage years were the best part of her life. Encouraged by progress which has been made; emancipation of children from 'regime of cruelty and tyranny almost universal in all classes'. Revolution in hygiene and education, in position of industrial workers and of women. Believes Military Institution throughout the world is now decaying.
