In answer to hers of 4 Oct 1956, thinks that Christabel is wrong in her main objection i.e. 'considering the five of you together in one speech, book or article'. 'An honest survey of what each of you have done separately...is the one certain method of giving each one of you separate individual recognition' She considers that 'the emergence of the Pankhursts into the mildly meandering feminist movement was a miracle and its world results stupendous' She will therefore continue with her preparations and simply ask for data 'of your achievements since militant days... so that my dates and facts may be accurate.'
