This copy is titled: "Elegy on the Death of a Lady, written in the Year 1760, sunt aliquid manes, Lethum non omnia finit. propertius" [there are some ghosts. Let that not end all. more quickly]. Written in Mason's hand and with some word alterations and annotations made to the text in his hand and a different pen. He also adds an annotation referencing Poesies Diverses printed at Berlin 1760. The poem begins: "Ah mark the beating of you midnight bell," and ends: "Shall be by all or sufferd or enjoyd".
