Scope and Content

Mr P. G. Elias and Miss Eilas of Penmaenmawr were children of Thomas Elias of Llanrwst and descendants of William Elias of Plas yn y Glyn, Llanfwrog, Anglesey (1708- 1787) who was contemporary and intimate with Lewis Morris and Goronwy Owen and a pupil of Owen Gruffydd of Llanystumdwy, poet and genealogist (c. 1643-1730).
