Manuscript copy of document printed in London for John Wright at the Kings Head in the Old Baily.

In this declaration the writers express their disapproval of 'a petition tending to put the army into a distempre and mutiny'. Text starts: 'That the two Houses of Parliament having received information of a dangerous petition....'. Text ends 'That all those who shall continue in their distempered condition, and goe on in advancing and promoting that Petition, shall be looked upon and proceeded against as enemies to ye State and disturbers of the Publike Peace'.
