This letter was written from Oxford and is to the Reverend Thomas Wagstaffe 'at Mrs. Parr's, in Green Dragon-Court, in Grey's-Inn Lane, Holbourn, London'. The letter chiefly concerns Parker's efforts to assist Wagstaffe in the recovery of a debt owed to him (or a friend of his) by an Italian (Signor Ciangulo) teaching in Oxford.
