  • John Charles Pye (1867-1959) entered the Bible Christian ministry in 1889. He exercised an active circuit ministry of forty-seven years and as a supernumary led worship on the island of Jersey during the Nazi occupation. Source: Beckerlegge and M R 1959, Dec. 3rd, p.8
