Victor has drawn Inge as a brown, long-haired dog attached to a lead which is fastened to a wall. On the wall is a sign saying 'M.S'. Above Inge is a yellow, shining sun with a smiling face. Victor writes to Inge suggesting to go to Festival Hall in the evening and also go for a walk. On the reverse, Victor writes 'For Inge' accompanied by a shining, yellow sun featuring a smiling face which he has outlined from the drawing on the front of the note.
