Victor has drawn himself as a leaping lamb in a field of flowers and a blue sky. His mouth area is coloured blue. At the bottom of the note, he has also drawn Inge flying and holding a voting slip with both the Labour and Liberal Democrat parties crossed. Underneath he has captioned the drawing 'The Floating Voter'. Victor writes to Inge talking about the weather and how he could not sleep because he was 'thinking a lot about poor Peggy!' On the reverse, Victor writes 'For Inge'.
