Victor has drawn himself being reprimanded by his devil conscience, coloured red, whilst Inge is portrayed dressed as an angel with halo and wings. Both Victor and his devil-form's face are coloured blue. He writes to Inge responding to a note she left that morning about her worries for him. He thanks her for carrying out the household chores whilst he was asleep. He describes today's weather and compares it to the previous day. On the reverse, Victor writes 'For Inge'.
