Victor has drawn himself walking as though on business, holding documents underneath his arm. His face is coloured blue and his eyes are red. Behind him is an elaborate Russian tower with lots of architectural detail. The image is captioned 'What's Vicky doing in the Kremlin?' He writes a short message to Inge wishing her a good day and that he is thinking of her. On the reverse, Victor writes 'For Inge'.
