Contains Roger Berthoud's notes and source material relating to an assortment of events in Sutherland's life which took place in the 1970s. There are transcripts and notes from interviews with Kathleen Sutherland, the Earl of Airlie, Hanning Philipps, Wendy Reves, Sandy Gall, Felix Man, John Hayes, Margaret White, and Frank Tait; notes from Berthoud's visits to the locations in Pembrokeshire where Sutherland often visited, with copies of Sutherland's hand-drawn maps of the area; copies of Graham Sutherland's correspondence and his interview with Giorgio Soavi, press cuttings and a catalogue for Sutherland at the Redfern Gallery. There are also letters to Berthoud from Lord Goodman, the National Museum of Wales, Giovanni Tinto, Milner Gray
