By Maria Limbrey of the city of Chester, in consideration of £500 and by the direction and appointment of John Davies of Henfryn, Mary his wife, and Edward Davies, his son and heir, to Pyers Mostyn of Holywell co. Flint, Thomas Thomas of Downing co. Flint and Edward Edwards of Cerrig Llwydion co. Denbigh, of her mortgage for £500 in the lands of John Davies; and Assignment by Peter Snow of the city of Chester, for the aforesaid consideration, and by the direction and appointment of Maria Limbrey, Abel Ward, and John Davies, Mary his wife, and Edward Davies, to the same Pyers Mostyn, Thomas Thomas, and Edward Edwards, of all the messuages which were granted and assigned to Peter Snow in an indenture of 17 December 1776, except those mentioned in the Lease of 16 August 1770, for the remainder of the term of 99 years, and the messuages in the Lease of 16 August 1770 for the remainder of the term of 21 years; also Assignment by the Rev. Abel Ward, clerk, of the city of Chester, in consideration of £1000 at the request and by the consent and direction of John Davies, Mary his wife, Edward Davies and Mary Limbray, and in consideration of a further £1520 paid to the said John Davies, Mary his wife, and Edward Davies, to Pyers Mostyn, Thomas Thomas, and Edward Edwards, of the messuages mentioned in a Lease and Release of 9 and 10 March 1752 and 20 and 21 December 1771, and which are confined in a term of 1000 years by a Lease and Release of 1 and 2 March 1777, for the remainder of the said term.
