By Edward Conway of Soughton, Flintshire and Elizabeth his wife, to Robert Whitbye of Dunham on the Hill, Chester, and Richard Lytler of Mowlesworth, of a messuage in Watergate-strete in Chester now held by Olyver Smith, another in Watergatestrete held by Sir George Clyve, another in Watergatestrete lately held by John Fisher, and another in Watergate Street now held by Peter Newhall; also an annual rent of 10/- from the messuage held by Henry Wright in Watergatestrete., and from another in Watergatestrete held by Francis Campbell.
All the said messuages belonged to Edward Gee, late alderman of Chester, and father of the said Elizabeth wife of Edward Conway.
