Scope and Content

In the penalty of £200 by Elizabeth Parry of Perth y maen, to Louisa Davies, to pay the said Louisa Davies the sum of £100.

Witness: J.W. Davies.

On the same document are yearly receipts (1766-1779) by Louisa Davies acknowledging money paid by Elizabeth Parry.

There is also an Acknowledgement by John Davies of Ruthland (dated 1 Jan 1782) that he has received the sum of £107.16s.0d. in payment of all principal money and interest on the said bond, from Pyres Mostyn, Trustee of Elizabeth Parry, John Davies and Mary his wife.
