Scope and Content

By Henry Hardware of Peele, Chester, son and heir of Henry Hardware, recently alderman of Chester, to William Wall, alderman of Chester, of a messuage in Bridge St., Chester.

Consideration: A rose at the feast of St. John Baptist for 4 1/2 years; at the end of this term a yearly rent of £3 is to be paid in equal parts at the feasts of the Nativity of St. John Baptist and St. Martin.
