Being a demise for the life of Alice Morgan of Golden Grove in the parish of Llanasa, widow, from the said Alice Morgan to Edward Turnour of Grove House, Denbigh, co. Denbigh, doctor, of the yearly rent charge of £300 from the manor of Gulgreave or Golden Grove co. Flint, and the capital messuage of Golden Grove in the parish of Llanasa co. Flint with the lands belonging in the parishes of Llanasa and Gwaenysgor, and messuages in the parishes of Gwaenysgor, Llanasa, Meliden, and Newmarket co. Flint, granted to her by a Marriage Settlement dated 26 July 1832; and for the same consideration, Arthur Edward Morgan, Charles Peter Morgan, and Edwin Morgan, all of Golden Grove co. Flint, assign to the said Arthur Edward Turnour, the sum of £6000 raisable and payable to the said Arthur, Charles, and Edwin Morgan under trusts, powers and limitations of the said Indenture of Settlement, with interest and annual income thereof, subject to a proviso for redemption.
