Administrative / Biographical History
Frederick George White Hooper was engaged as a missionary with the London Missionary Society, and appointed to South Africa in 1817. He was stationed at Bethelsdorp until the Deputation (Rev John Campbell) went out to South Africa. During Sep and Oct 1818, he supplied for Mr Barker at Theopolis. His connection with the Society was eventually dissolved.
