Belfast Collar Company Ltd was established in 1925, and acquired the stock and patent rights of the liquidated company Faulat Ltd. The Belfast Collar Company Ltd was based at the Faulat shirt factory in Belfast and was registered at Companies House as company no. NI257.
Pasolds Ltd bought The Belfast Collar Company Ltd's 25,000 shares in 1963 and the name of the company was changed to Pasolds (Northern Ireland) Ltd. The firm ceased trading before 1993, and was dissolved on 23 June 2004.
