Meadfield Mill Limited was incorporated in 1948, and registered no. 450293 at Companies House. The company was taken over by Pasolds Limited and the name changed to Pasolds Group Management Limited in 1967. In 1978 the name was changed to Pasolds (Garments) Limited. The company was dissolved on 19 July 1988.
