Tom and Trevor Jones

Tom and Trevor run a family owned mussel fishing business in Conwy Quay, and run the Conwy Mussels business in the town. The family have fished in the estuary and surrounding areas for at least five generations, and have seen the evolution and development of the mussel processing industry in the town over several decades. Trevor has semi-retired from the industry, his son Tom now managing the business. The family run the Conwy Mussels shop and heritage interpretation centre near the Quay.
