Assignment of lease for 21 years of the herbage of the pasture of Ffreythe William and Plowstowe, and of the herbage of the pasture of Warneholmes, otherwise Hameles, late in the tenure of Launcellott Lother, being parcel of the king's man. of Hend' [?Hendre in p. Nantglyn, co. Denb.] within the king's lp of Bromfield, co. Denb., late parcel of the lands of Sir Thomas Seymour, lord Seymour of Dudley, kt, attainted for high treason. Consideration: £220. Annual rent: £15. Recites letters patent, dated 9 April 1550, being a lease of the said premises for 21 years to Thomas North, esq., the younger son of the said Lord North, at an annual rent of £15.
