1 Elizabeth Phillips, spinster, eldest daughter of Mary Phillips of Swansea, co. Glam., widow, by John Phillips her late husband, dec., and one of the nieces. And residuary legatees of the will of George Jones, late of Lincolns Inn,. Middlesex, esq., dec. 2 William Hibbs Bevan of Lincolns Inn, gent. 3 John Franklen of Llanmihangel, esq., James Phillips of George Yard,. Lombard Street, London, gent., and Richard Phillips of Lincolns Inn, gent. Pre-nuptial settlement of 2 and 1, being an Assignment by 1 to 3 of her share of the residual personal estate of the said George Jones, dec. Recites the will of George Jones, dated 31 July 1779, who left his residual estate to his four nieces Elizabeth Phillips, Mary Phillips, Esther Phillips and Anne Phillips, share and share alike. Endorsed: memorandum that 2 died at Brompton, 13 Oct. 1794, having made a will and appointed his sister Catherine of Redruth and William Mackworth Praed of Lincolns Inn, esq., executors in trust for the benefit of his children, viz., George aged 11, William 5 and Richard 11/2, the appointment of new trustees, 26 April 1847, and an assignment of £2,000, 27 April 1847.
