Scope and Content

1 David Morgan of the town of Presteign, co. Rad., gent. 2 Evan Evans of p. Llansanffraid Cwmteuddwr, co. Rad., gent. Mortgage (Demise for 999 years) for £300 of a m. and land called Tuy Bach yn y New Street, otherwise Tuy Lloyd, a m. and several parcels of arable, meadow and pasture land adjoining the said Tuy Lloyd called Keven Glaes, a coppice wood (3 a.) bounded on the south and west by Coed Mawr wood, a parcel of arable land adjoining the said coppice on the west and Keven Glaes on the east, both the coppice wood and the parcel of land being heretofore part of Coed Mawr Farm, all in p. Glasgwm, co. Rad. Endorsed: a further charge of £80 on the same premises, 29 Sept. 1776, and a further charge of £40 on the same premises from Mary Evans, the widow and executrix of 2, 29 Sept. 1780.
