Maesmadoc (22 a.) and the sheepwalk Penyffron (65 a.), p. Llanfair, with a meadow, all formerly called Tyddin Madoc and Pentyrch, to (5) subject to no. 79. Recital of no. 84 and of the will of Owen Jones the elder (dec. 3 Dec. 1828) devising m's of Derlwyn, p. Carno, and Maesmadoc, p. Llanfair, to David Jones the elder, his brother, and Rev. John Lloyd (dec. 1837), rector of Llanerfyl, to hold in trust for his children and wife Mary (4). Three are now of age: Mary, now wife of William Rees, David (2) and Owen (6). By no. 84 (2) had conveyed his third share of Derlwyn, p. Carno; to (7) for £300. (1) now purchases this for £300 discharge of mortgage to (7) and £300 to (2). Endorsed: '104', 'A', '(40)'.
