1 John Davies of Tyynyrallt, p. Llanfair, co. Mont., gent.; Blanch, his wife; John Davies of Pentyrch, same p. gent.; Anne his wife; Thomas Davies of Tyynyrallt, gent., only son and heir of first named and Blanch; Anne Davies of Tynyrallt, wife of Thomas Davies, eldest daughter and heir apparent of John Davies of Pentyrch by Anne, his wife. 2 Pryse Devereux of Cefngwernfa [Berriw], co. Mont., gent. 3 William Jones of Machynlleth, gent. 4 David Davies of Brynglâs [p. Guilsfield], gent. Marriage Settlement between Thomas Davies and Ann, his wife (repetition of no. 40). (2) is to suffer a Common Recovery of (3) and (4) and will vouch (1). Uses to be held in trust by John Davies of Tyynyrallt [henceforth Jdt], then (3) and (4). Provision of annuities after their husbands' deaths to Blanch 5, replacing Release of 7 May 1739, to Ann wife of Thomas Davies 5, and to Ann wife of John Davies of Pentyrch [henceforth Jdp] (Details of order of inheritance given). Jdp is to be repaid £50 and 1/2 the household goods he promised if Ann, wife of Thomas Davies dies within 3 years of the marriage. (3) and (4) agree to give them £100 when their heir is entitled to possession. Consideration: £100. No. 43 enclosed: certificate of Recovery suffered at the Great Sessions, Pool, on 1 April 1769: (3) and (4) as demandants, (2) as tenant to the praecipe, (1) as 1st vouchees: signed by 'Robt Griffiths Depy. Prothy. 14th May 1791.'.
