1 John Davies of Tyynyrallt, p. Llanfair [Caereinion], co. Mont., gent.; Blanch, his wife; Thomas Davies of same, son and heir. 2 William Davies of Glanbanw, p. Llanfair, yeoman; David Davies of Rhallt Ucha, same p., yeoman. 3 John Davies of Pentyrch, p. Llanfair, gent.; Ann, his wife; Ann Thomas of Pentyrch, widow of late William Thomas, only daughter and heir apparent of John Davies of Pentyrch. Marriage Articles between Thomas Davies and Ann Thomas, John Davies of Pentyrch gives them £100 and £20 worth of goods; (1) give m. and tmt Tyynyrallt, p. Llanfair, to (2) to hold trust with provision of an annuity of £4 to Blanch on her husband's death and for him to raise up to £40 on the property for debts. Thomas Davies agrees to pay £50 and £10 worth of household goods back if Ann Thomas dies before the marriage and £50 to her daughter Ann by her first marriage should her son John Thomas die within 3 years of the marriage. John Davies of Pentyrch and his wife Ann also give capital m. or tmt Tyddin Ednyfed, smithy, forge, etc., p. Llanfair, formerly held by Hugh Davies, now by John Davies of Pentyrch; and m. or tmt Tycoch yn Pentyrch, p. Llanvair, now held by same, with provision for an annuity to Ann Thomas of £5 and a parlour and chamber if she survives Thomas Davies, and £6 if she survives her father.
