Note of delivery of seisin by sheriff, Henry Thomas, esq., on 3 April 1742. Endorsed in 18thC hand: 'This belongs to Mr Jno. Morris of Dolwar as Mortgagee of the premisses.', and: 'Mary the widow of Henry Jones lives with Margaret Owens of Pennarth'. Endorsed in late 18thC hand: 'Tyddin madog pentirch no. (11)'.
