Devising to Evan Williams of Candom [Cannon?], p. Lanurvil [Llanerfyl], gent., m. Tyddinmadog Pentirch, now occupied by Owen Jones and Evan Jones, cooper; piece of meadow Llwynyrhelm, t. Pentirch, and m. Y ty yn Kellyyrefal 'commonly called Gelly' for 500 years in trust for his children Samuel and James; a seat in the parish church of Llanvair, purchased from William Jones of Oswestry, apothecary, and Margaret his wife, he devises to eldest son John for 500 years. Evan Williams is to raise £120 from Tyddynmadog Pentirch and £100 from Gelly and distribute amongst Jones's children when of age (details given). Rest of estate to his wife, his executrix. Partly torn and loose; worn at folds.
