Despite headings to the last section, later pencil annotations suggest identities.
Hornor roll, in 1952 the ownership is unknown. Only known from eight quarter plate photographs found among papers of late Dr Page of North Walsham, Norfolk in the custody of Capt Anthony Hamond of Mousehold House, Norwich, from which Ticehurst describes the roll. Attached is a postcard photograph addressed to Dr Ticehurst, Spots House, Smallhythe, Tenterden, Kent, from Norfolk, apparently signed ‘AH’, postmark Norwich 2 Jan 1952. Ticehurst illustrates also with a reconstructed section using the photographs, in the style of his ‘sketch-facsimile’ ink and watercolour drawings.
Illustrated with one photograph (Hornor roll), numerous diagrammatic drawings and one facsimile style (for Hornor roll).
