Catalogues the Emeris, Cantley, Elsing, Bodleian (Rawlinson B42), Bodleian (Rawlinson B277), Bodleian (Rawlinson B3), Bodleian (Ashmole 826), Bodleian (Rawlinson D 949). Name index of swan owners at end.

Emeris Swan-roll, covering Broadland area, in 1925 property of Rev William C. Emeris, vicar of Burford, Oxon. Covers River Yare area and was in possession of W.R. Emeris of Louth, Lincs; Francis Hexam was owner 1594, 2 membranes.

Cantley Swan-roll, the original a duplicate of the Emeris roll, inaccurately copied, the duplicate being a tracing of 1916 from a document in City Muniments.

Elsing Swan-roll, in 1925 the property of Mrs M.L. Thackeray, descendant of Hastings family of Elsing Hall, Norfolk, a vellum roll of 5 membranes.

Bodleian, Rawlinson B42, Fenland region, vellum sheets bound within paper boards, a former owner Richard More of Grantham, Lincolnshire (d. 1595). Roll made some time between 1572 and 1595.

Bodleian, Rawlinson B277, Fenland region, vellum sheets bound, originally belonged to John Cutts, son and heir of Sir John Cutts of Childerley Hall, near Cambridge, bears date 1656, when John Cutts was aged 22.

Bodleian, Rawlinson B3, leather bound, vellum and paper leaves, Thames swan-marks, on fol 1 v the shield of Dyers Company.

Bodleian, Ashmole 826, a copy by Elias Ashmole (1617-1692) of a roll belonging to the corporation of New Windsor, the original probably early 16th century. It is on ff 138 and 139 of Ashmole 826.

Bodleian, Rawlinson D 949, paper leaves, bound in leather, added entries begun c. 1580 from an (unidentified or lost) earlier MS of 1539-47, Thames area.
