This manuscript contains the books of Ezra, Nehemiah and Isaiah IV-to end. It was copied in the monastery of St. Simeon, likely in the vicinity of Edessa (Urfa, Türkiye), in 1082 AH (770 CE). It was copied from a the recension of Eusebius Pamphilius, which dates from 690-699 CE.The text was copied on vellum in estrangela script in black ink. Catchwords within the text and in the margins have been noted in red ink. The main text is followed by two folios of handwritten text in English relates the accession of the item to the British Museum's holdings in 1866.
