Cemmes, a parcel called Dolystimgwyn, parishes of Cemmes and Mallwyd, Tynewydd yn y cae drain otherwise Typoeth, parcels called Dole Pwll cowarch, y wern tan y ty, and Cae'r Skibor, Ty ucha otherwise Y Castell, parcels called Tan y Ty ucha and Freedd Gwmddu, Tyddin Hylygo and a parcel called Dolellyney, Tyddin yn y fach ucha, and Tyn y ddole, all in p. Cemmes and five m's near the village of Cemmes; Llwynybrynhesglyn, Nantyrhwch, Caerhydlace, Croesty, and a watercorn mill called Vellinvach, in the townships of Dethenydd and Hengynwyd, p. Llandinam; the Cwm, p. Llandinam: and a woollen factory called Glanclywedog Factory, p. Trefeglwys; and a plea of recovery of properties in the parishes of Llangurig and Llanidloes, 1747.
