Scope and Content

An attested copy, printed in 1841, of the deed of settlement of the Llanidloes Public Rooms, 8 July 1837 (attested by Cha. Tho. Woosnam and Benj. Jones); a printed circular letter to shareholders, 3 Dec. 1891, requesting statements of their claims to the shares, with a view to the payment of dividend (addressed to Mrs Phillips, The Rectory, Letterstone RSO, co. Pemb.); a printed balance-sheet of the Llanidloes Public Rooms Co. for the year ending 1 Dec. 1892; a printed circular letter to shareholders, 23 Dec. 1892, announcing a declaration of dividend; and letters to Mrs Phillips, The Rectory, Letterston, from R. Hughes, Llanidloes, Jan. 1892, and from J. D. Davies, solicitor, Llanidloes, secretary to the Company, Jan.-Feb. 1893, touching the investigation of her title to share and the payment to her of dividend.
