Llanidloes, spinster, 16 Oct. 1843, (will dated 31 Dec. 1839, with codicil dated 12 Sept. 1842), William Hunt of St Vincent, afterwards of Dollys Hall, Llanidloes, 30 Jan. 1857 (will dated 14 Jan. 1856, with codicil of even date and an affidavit of Thomas Hayward of Llanidloes, solicitor, 24 Jan. 1857), and Eleanor otherwise Ellen Evans of Maenol, p. Llanidloes, spinster, 3 March 1868 (will dated 4 Feb. 1856); Letters of Administration (with the will annexed) of Thomas Hugh Evans of the town of Rhayader, co. Rad., late of Llanidloes (will dated 26 Feb. 1846) (office copy); a grant, 1853, of one sixth part of the Coach-house and four m's in Long Bridge Street and one fourth part of The New Inn and other properties near Market Hall in Llanidloes, being the prenuptial settlement of Marianne Evans of Llanidloes, spinster, and William Hunt of the same, esq.; a disentailing deed, 1853, for barring the contingent estate tail female of Marianne Evans of Llanidloes, spinster, under the will (1844) of her late uncle Thomas Evans late of Maenol, esq., in estates thereby devised, namely the mansion-house called Maenol and six m's, three factories for the spinning and weaving of flannel, malthouse, and garden in Great Oak Street, land on Brynda [= Bryndu] near Llanidloes, pieces of land on Lletycochynant near Llanidloes, m's and a factory for the carding and stubbing of wool called Bryndulas, Cefnhafodau, Gwerntyddin, Cwmbellan Factory, and Bwlchhafodygog, p. Llangurig, Coedmawr, Hendy, Redhouse, Llechwedd, Derwllwydion, Dreflinissa, and Caefynnon, parishes of Trefeglwys, Llanidloes, and Llandinam, and a piece of land called ?Caebanal near Llanidloes; and a deed, 1867, charging with an annuity of £500 the interest of Miss Eleanor Evans of Llanidloes, spinster, and her sister Marianne Hunt, widow, in the real estate devised by the will of Thomas Evans of Maenol, p. Llanidloes, dec., formerly superintending surgeon in the Madras Establishment.
