APPOINTMENT by James Rice Williams of Lee, Kent, esquire, and Sarah his wife, of certain freehold properties and monies under a power for that purpose contained in their marriage settlement. On their death an annuity of £150 to be paid to their son, Powel Williams, at the Common Dining Hall of the Inner Temple, London, on 24th June and 25th December, issuing from the properties specified in No. 13. These said properties together with the properties specified in No. 4, hereditaments that may be purchased with a £1600 loan, and the said £1600, to be vested in equal shares to the uses of Rose Chitty Williams, Emma Owen Williams, Katherine Maria Williams and Lucy Johanna Potter Williams, their daughters, as tenants in common.
