1. James Rice Williams of New Bridge St in the City of London, gentleman.

2. Sarah Dunn of Tavistock St, Bedford Square, Middlesex, spinster (only child and heir of Thomas Dunn, late of Dulwich, Surrey, esquire, deceased, and of Sarah Dunn, nee Chitty, deceased).

3. Richard Clark of New Bridge St, in the City of London, esquire, an Alderman of the said City, and Henry Cutler of Bishopsgate St, in the said city, merchant.

POST NUPTIAL SETTLEMENT of [1] and [2]. Sarah Dunn grants for the uses of the marriage the properties specified in No. 4.
