PURCHASE of 2 closes of land in the parish of St. Peter within the County of the Borough of Carmarthen, namely Park Stickley otherwise Park Stichley, containing 5 acres 2 roods and 37 perches, and Park Waun Iago containing 4 acres 3 roods and 3 perches part of the lands in the above mentioned indentures, by the Governors of the Bounty of Queen Anne, and by their direction conveyed by James Rice Williams for the perpetual augmentation of the curacy of Llansamlet, Glamorganshire.
