Scope and Content

INTERIM DECISIONS of Vice Chancellor Kindersley in the Court of Chancery in a suit between James Anthony Gilbert and others, plaintiffs and Charles Williams and others, defendants, concerning certain devised and leasehold properties between Thomas St and the River Thames.

a) Boundary between properties decided upon.

b) Present tenants not to be disturbed.

c) Charles Williams to give up possession of devised property within a week.

d) William Mayne of Freshford, near Batle, a Captain in the Royal Artillery, appointed as Receiver of rents and profits of the devised estate.

e) No costs of this suit up to this time and further proceedings in this suit stayed until ordered by this court.
