SETTLEMENT by [1] to [3] as trustees of a fourth share of properties specified in No. 20 to the uses of [1] and [2] during their lives, and then, if [2] should die before [1], to the uses to be appointed by James Rice Williams in his will, and in default of such appointment to the uses of Katherine Maria Williams and Lucy Joanna Potter Williams, sisters of said Emma Owen Gilbert.
