In answer to Mr Smithies Taylor's letter of 8 Mar. He has helped forward the cause not only by speaking all over the Kingdom in support of Women's Suffrage but has himself introduced a Bill on behalf of the People's Suffrage Federation, but the only question at the moment is how to stop the outrages 'Which are day by day diminishing the prospect of any attainment of Woman Suffrage during this Parliament'
