Logan was a Liberal who stood for Parliament in the election of Dec 1910. He regretted Taylor's inability to attend the meeting (Logan, chairman and Lehmann sitting member, the chief speaker) He handed Lehman Taylor's questions but he did not answer them. Logan himself expressed complete sympathy with him in resenting the harsh treatment that had been meted out to the women.
