Five closes of land called Dol y mardiw, Dol y pistyll, Y dol ganol, Dol y marche and Maes Gwenyth ucha in Marford, co. Flint, worth £3.13s.4d. per annum and four closes called Dol Angharad verch Hova, Cae tan y berllan or Cae tan y coed, Cae Cyllfrengid and Cae grath in Burton and Allington, co. Denbigh, worth £6.6s.8d.

Bond between the above parties to secure delivery by (i) to (ii) of four pairs of 'old linges [?] of the largest and best sort' between Christmas and Lent in each of the next 6 years.
