All those lands and tenements which William ap Thomas, father of (i), had by feoffment from Howel ap Ieuaf ap En' in Hope Medachied in the field called Llwyn mab Hova between the highway from Gorsleth Lucu to Trefdyn and the land called Bryn Ith.
